Prior to insitro, I collaborated on multiple single-cell atlases at CZ Biohub SF, leveraging short and long-read sequencing expertise. I played a key role in CZ Biohub’s CLIAHUB and CA Covid Tracker programs, contributing to the generation of 13K+ high-quality SARS-CoV-2 genomes at the height of the pandemic.
