I was head of genomics and data science group (African genomics startup, 54gene), and before that I led a group developing statistical genetics workflows for target discovery (Regeneron Genetics Center).
Responsibilities at insitro:
I head insitro’s statistical genetics group, and we are responsible many things, including leveraging genome-wide association scans in large human genomic datasets to drive novel target discovery, as well as developing tools and approaches that improve this process.
