I previously built and designed pipelines for the ingestion of public genomic datasets, implemented and coordinated code changes to align with regulatory standards, and wrote software to support genomic variant classification.

I engage with scientists to co-design and implement tooling that facilitates experimental data capture, and build and design internal software to enable, enhance, expand and expedite innovative, reproducible biological science across levels of scale and to empower multimodal machine learning.
